通常,影响光纤激光切割机加工质量的重要工艺参量有切割速度、激光功率、辅助气体、焦点位置、喷嘴特性及材料材质性能等。研究表明,影响激光切割加工的因素很多,如果控制不当或没有掌握参数,切割精度和切割质量会受到很大影响。 In general, the important process parameters that affect the machining quality of fiber optic laser cutting machine are cutting speed, laser power, auxiliary gas, focus position, nozzle characteristics and material properties. The research shows that there are many factors that affect laser cutting, and if the control is improper or parameters are not mastered, the cutting precision and cutting quality will be greatly affected.

在实际加工过程中,可能会遇到各种切割不良现象,以氧气碳钢高功率小喷嘴,高速亮面切割技术为例,可能会遇到如下情况: In the actual processing process, may encounter a variety of poor cutting phenomenon, take oxygen carbon steel high power small nozzle, high speed bright surface cutting technology as an example, may encounter the following situation:


光纤激光切割机
板材上层条纹及下层拖曳线均过于粗糙 The upper fringe and the lower drag line are too rough      


可能原因: Possible reasons:

【1】 【 1 】       喷嘴选择过大; Nozzle selection is too large;

【2】切割气压过大引起过烧; [2] excessive cutting pressure causes overburning;

【3】切割速度过慢引起过烧或过快导致切割不充分; [3] too slow cutting speed leads to overburning or too fast cutting leads to insufficient cutting;


解决方案: Solutions:

【1】更换小口径合适喷嘴,举例16mm碳钢亮面切割使用1.4D喷嘴,20mm碳钢亮面切割使用1.6D喷嘴等; [1] replace small diameter suitable nozzle, for example, 1.4d nozzle for bright surface cutting of 16mm carbon steel, and 1.6d nozzle for bright surface cutting of 20mm carbon steel;

【2】减少气压改善切割断面质量,一般亮面切割气压需求在0.6~0.8Bar之间。 [2] reduce the air pressure and improve the cutting section quality. Generally, the cutting air pressure of bright surface is between 0.6 and 0.8Bar.

【3】将切割速度调整至当前功率合适的范围(详见华宇诚激光连续激光器全系列切割参数表) [3] adjust the cutting speed to the appropriate range of current power (see the full series cutting parameters table of longtai laser continuous laser for details)


光纤激光切割机
板材上层条纹略显粗糙有轻微或较深牙口下层拖曳线较好 Plate upper fringe slightly rough with a slight or deeper lower jaw drag line is better      


可能原因: Possible reasons:

【1】喷嘴选型过大; [1] nozzle selection is too large;

【2】正向离焦不足; [2] forward defocusing deficiency;

【3】切割速度较慢; [3] slow cutting speed;


解决方案: Solutions:

【1】若要达到断面上下全亮,考虑更换小一号口径喷嘴,例如1.6D更换为1.4D; [1] to achieve full brightness of the upper and lower sections, consider replacing the nozzle with a smaller diameter, such as replacing 1.6d with 1.4d;

【2】喷嘴口径不变的情况下,继续增加正向离焦; [2] continue to increase forward defocusing with the nozzle diameter unchanged;

【3】将切割速度调整至当前功率合适的范围(详见华宇诚激光连续激光器全系列切割参数表) [3] adjust the cutting speed to the appropriate range of current power (see the full series cutting parameters table of longtai laser continuous laser for details)


光纤激光切割机
板材断面上层条纹良好但底部挂渣且影响断面效果 The upper fringe of plate section is good but the bottom slagging affects the effect of section      


可能原因: Possible reasons:

【1】正向离焦过大,导致能量不集中形成滞后拖尾; [1] too much forward defocusing leads to energy disconcentration and the formation of lagging tail;

【2】气压过小导致切割拖尾形成拖曳线滞后产生挂渣; [2] too little air pressure leads to the formation of towing line lag of cutting tail, resulting in slag hanging;

【3】切割速度过快导致滞后; [3] too fast cutting speed leads to hysteresis;


解决方案: Solutions:

【1】适当减小正向离焦,其余参数不变,观察底部挂渣情况; [1] reduce the forward defocusing appropriately, other parameters remain unchanged, and observe the slag hanging at the bottom;

【2】适当增加进给气压,可尝试最多增加至1Bar左右,观察情况; [2] increase the air pressure to 1Bar at most, and observe the situation;

【3】将切割速度调整至当前功率合适的范围(详见华宇诚激光连续激光器全系列切割参数表) [3] adjust the cutting speed to the appropriate range of current power (see the full series cutting parameters table of longtai laser continuous laser for details)

 

光纤激光切割机在实际加工过程中,进行氮气不锈钢切割时,部分常见问题: During the actual processing of fiber optic laser cutting machine, some frequently asked questions during nitrogen stainless steel cutting:


光纤激光切割机      

不锈钢中薄板切割时遇到分层现象切割断面粗糙 Stainless steel in the thin plate cutting encountered stratification phenomenon cutting section rough      


可能原因: Possible reasons:

【1】负向离焦量过大,导致产生等离子体,产生蓝光并分层; [1] excessive negative defocusing leads to plasma, blue light and stratification;

【2】喷嘴口径过小; [2] nozzle diameter is too small;

【3】气压进给过大; [3] excessive air pressure feed;


解决方案: Solutions:

【1】减小负向离焦,其余参数不变,观察现象; [1] reduce the negative defocus, and observe the phenomenon with other parameters unchanged;

【2】更换大一号口径的喷嘴; [2] replace the nozzle with a larger diameter;

【3】适当减小气压进给; 【3】 appropriately reduce the air pressure feed;


光纤激光切割机
不锈钢中厚板切割时遇到未充分切割情况切割断面未到达板材底部 Stainless steel plate cutting encountered insufficient cutting case cutting section did not reach the bottom of the plate      


可能原因: Possible reasons:

【1】喷嘴选择过小; [1] nozzle selection is too small;

【2】负向离焦不足; [2] insufficient negative defocusing;

【3】气体压力不够,导致未充分切割。 [3] insufficient gas pressure leads to insufficient cutting.


解决方案: Solutions:

【1】更换更大口径喷嘴,增加气体流量; [1] replace a larger nozzle to increase the gas flow;

【2】继续增加负向离焦,使切割断面到达底部; [2] continue to increase the negative defocusing, so that the cutting section reaches the bottom;

【3】继续增加气压; 【3】 continue to increase the pressure;


光纤激光切割机
调整气压大小和正负离焦量效果均不明显 The effect of adjusting air pressure and defocusing is not obvious      


可能原因: Possible reasons:

【1】在速度无法得到提升的情况下,激光器能量过于集中,与材料间反应过于剧烈; [1] in the case that the speed cannot be improved, the energy of the laser is too concentrated and the reaction with the material is too violent;

【2】喷嘴选型口径过小,导致流量过小; [2] nozzle selection diameter is too small, resulting in too small flow;


解决方案: Solutions:

【1】保证峰值功率不变的情况下,适当降低频率和占空比,举例50mm不锈钢切割时,速度无法增加的情况下,考虑将频率调整至200Hz左右,占空比在55~65%之前,可得到较好切割效果; [1] if the peak power is kept constant, the frequency and duty cycle should be reduced appropriately. For example, when cutting 50mm stainless steel, if the speed cannot be increased, the frequency should be adjusted to around 200Hz, and the duty cycle should be between 55 and 65% to achieve better cutting effect.

【2】更换更大口径喷嘴,提高气体流量; [2] replace a larger nozzle to improve the gas flow;
